www.luckyvitamin.com has horrible online customer service. I sent one Help Form with two questions regarding my cart and my earned points and it took three emails from me to get them to finally answer the questions. With each answer I received, the issue was listed as closed/resolved at the end of their email.(I think they should allow the customer to decide when a problem is resolved like many other sites do.)
