I placed my order #841017 for two iPad charging docks on 12/4. It's now 12/16 and I have not heard a word from Cellular Factory. I've checked the order status on their website and consistently received the same, generic "Your order is still being processed" response. I've called their pointless "customer service" department -- the phone just rings and rings and rings.
