HORRIBLE customer service! I really wish I would have researched the company prior to buying from them. I was one digit off on my shipping address, and as soon as I realized this I called UPS and Winestuff. Winestuff refused to change my address for free, and UPS wouldn't change the shipping address because I was not the Sender. Winestuff charged me an additional $11 to change the shipping address when all they had to do was take 3 minutes to call UPS and confirm. When I told the customer service woman that I thought an $11 charge to change the address 1 digit was absurd, her response was "Well it wasn't my fault!". JERKS! read full review »
