I Billy Caldwell made arrangements to sale a Commercial Truck, and Trailer to a buyer from Dallas Texas for the amount of $13, 300. The Buyer was to transfer half of the amount, via Bank Wire $6, 650 from his account to mine 12/10/2010. The Buyer instead made a transfer in the amount of $5, 000, which was not agreed appond.
