At approximately 11:45pm on12/15/10 I went into the store to buy coffee and a snack bar(total was $2.61). I was a bit slow getting the change out, the owner of that store (old man oriental background) lost his temper and raised his voice telling me "this is not Russia!", without any reason. I sarcastingly replied you meant this is not China!, he got very mad and yelled at me to get out of the store and not to come back.
