Bright Now Dental in Kent was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dental office in my 47 years. Besides having to wait, I had to witness the Russian lady manager yell at the poor assistant which brought her to tears, in front of an entire waiting room of people. I have never seen someone treated like trash on their shoe, in front of an audience of people, like it was nothing. Her face was stone cold. I mean really, you are a manager???
