first of all i suggest every1 never to shop at ULTA.com and by mistake even if you do, remeber never to contact the customer care.. you will keep calling them and no1 at their helpdesk will ever attend you call. even if you write them an email you will never get a reply. it has been days i am writing them regularly ablout my complaint but the company is soo awful and cheap is not responding to my emails. i have pledged never to shop at such disastrous place. read full review »
