When they finally showed up, they immediately left without checking in at the front office. The reason is because they saw another carpet company truck outside and assumed that A Quality Carpet of Abq was no longer needed. We did, in fact, still, need them. Then, I get an invoice from them asking for a payment for the emergency service call that they showed up 3 hours late for, and did no work on.
