My customer purchased an extended warranty for his motor home in 2007 from a Dealer in Oregon. The stabilizer jacks on the motorhome stopped working, one had to be repaired and one had to be replaced. The bill came to well over $3000. The claim was started on July 7, 2010 with a phone call explaining the problem. A verbal approval was given to replace and fix the jacks.
