We had a loan with this bank for over 3 years we had 10 payments left to make. We were 36 days late which I know is our fault but they refused to work with us and repossesed the car. This company will send out a person to take the car in the middle of the night and then turn around and call you the next day for a payment. Please beware of them! If you can find financing with another bank I advise you to not stay with Crescent Bank. The people are rude and will threaten you verbally. read full review »
