I placed an order with them a few weeks back. Got no written order confirmation, and it's impossible to get though on the phone. However, they've happily taken my money. I received one lame email saying "they had problems getting the goods from their supplier" I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money, and no response. Rubbish service, and it seems like they're about to go bust. read full review »
