Direct TV has very lousy service. I constantly have to call service but for the past month I did not have the Filipino channels which I pay$39.99/month and aside from that I only have a couple of channels from the choice package that I pay separately. They gave me 1 technician who did not come and did not call, as of last night they cannot give another service technician because they are fully booked. This has been going on for 1 month now. They better not charge me for services because there were no services involved. It is horrible. read full review »
