Tried to get answer from company about a special situation with a buy back from carmax but kept getting sent to the same department where they spoke little english and were very rude. they could not or were not willing to talk or help in any way. I would hope in the future that this company learn from these mistakes but I doubt it will. The customer service department only wants to accept payments and doesnt want to help out in any other way.
