Forget ever using online customer service from the morons at Straight Talk. Honest to God, it took them 35 minutes to locate my order for a phone even though I had printed off a copy from their website for the order just before calling them for a delivery date. It took no fewer than 3 people to deal with my request and by that time I realized how impossible it would be to deal with this in the event I ever needed help with my phone or service again. I CANCELLED MY ORDER RIGHT THEN...THOUGH IT TOOK THE LAST MORON 15 MINUTES TO DO EVEN THAT SIMPLE TASK!!! read full review »
