this company automatically renews your contract after 3 yrs if a cancellation notice is not sent by you 60 days prior to the end of the contract. I am not sure who remembers that i cancellation notice needs to be submitted 60 days... 3 yrs after the contract is signed and pls keep in mind that this is not explained to you by their sales rep.
