I am a Gold Corporate customer of Hertz for 20 years. A Hertz employee Goes Bizerck while I am in a Hertz station returning car with another agent. Employee calls me all sorts of profanities while other employees watch. I report incident to Hertz and am told a supervisor will call me back. A week later and 8 calls to Hertz, NO ONE has called me back, NO ONE interested. Employee who went insane, is still on the job. read full review »
