This company took over from Taylor, Bean and Whitaker.They are the worst company I have ever dealt with .I started my loan modification in January and to this day I have had no satisfaction and no help.There is no incentive for them to help, all they are doing is servicing the loan and making money.I didn't qualify under the Hamp program due to a 10% requirement that I did not understand, so I filled out some more paper work and no response .I wrote to the attorney general, they said they don't have to agree to a reduction in my... read full review »
