As a former employee in the credit customer service department at macys I quickly learned of the misleading, pressuring, and greedy tactics that this company uses. Here's the scam: the sales associate pressure you to save 20% by opening up a "department store credit card" then they don't tell you that if your NOT interested in an American Express card you must check i TINY box located in the fine print.
