clear rate is company who has bee scamming many people including myself. when callinmg for land phone service i was told to send a check up front to have my service turned on. this would happen in 5 to 7 days after recieving the check. this began on 10-4-10. i have made multiple phone calls asking what was happening and recieve a different excuse each time as to why i do not have service. i have spoken to at least 5 different people to try and work this out. i have requested my money back as i want the work order cancelled. i am still waiting... read full review »
