Two days prior to the expiration of my extended warranty on this appliance I called the 800-4-myhome number to find out where I should take my vacuum for repair under the warranty. I was told to contact the nearest Sears store which happened to be where I purchased the appliance. I call the Customer Service Dept. and was told to bring it to the Merchandising Pick Up department; they would deliver it to their service center where it would be repaired then returned to the store for my pickup.
