I have tried to cancel auto w/d from my checking acct. for months now. When I call they cannot find my acct. I have emailed and sent all email addresses it could have possibly been, ss#, phone #, anything else you can think of and they "still cannot find my acct." I need this to stop!!! I have contacted my bank and even the man I spoke with there laughed and said " I have been there, done that with these people myself" He suggested just changing my debit card # which I will most likely have to do after christmas shopping.
