SPRY hosting is horrible... SPRY bought a hosting company we hosted over 1, 000 websites with about 8 months ago ~ Since that time SPRY shut our sites down (no notice) because it's systems detected high traffic... so after we discovered we were down, it was determined the "high traffic" was our rack server, updating our backup... again, this happened twice with NO NOTIFICATION.
