I have been with Time Warner Cable a few months now. Their service has not been up to par with the quality US customers are accustomed to. Internet comes and goes very often. A few days ago we had a 5+ hour Internet service outage. I have had several problems with their on demand service, too. Their customer service is designed not to accept complaints during outages, they just don't connect you. Finally, they charge very high and recently decided to hike fees! read full review »
