I am in agreeance and will be filing suit if necessary against LMT. I didn't even and will not be moving into the apt I put a deposit on. I put the deposit down on November 30th with the intent to move-in on DEC 15th. They agreed to replace the fridge and install blinds before the move-in date. The day I put my deposit down I saw a cockroach in one of the bedrooms, I addressed this with Diane and she said that they sprayed, but the lady down stairs had cock roaches coming out of her vents when she moved out, but they would spray again.
