I have had Directv for almost 15 years . Recently, I have had to schedule THREE service calls to install one simple item. Now I need a 4th service call and The service is VERY unprofessional. First they have never hit the 4 hour window that they gave me. They have been late every time and the 2nd time they never showed up at all. This time they were late again and left without showing me how to operate the new equuipment. The best part however is that none of it works; AND the receiver that WAS working is now disabled.
