We have a 2nd mortgage loan thru citi out of the marshal mo office. I'm about 2 payments behind due to the loss of my wife's job. now they want to foreclose on my home for less than 1000.00.i advised them I would try and get second payment in soon but I only get paid twice a month and my first mortgage is 1267.00 a month and I bring home 1400.00.i asked about an interest payment and they said that since the loan was already modified that I couldn't.
