I had their service at the beggining of 2010. I had some issues with my phone and they took money out of my bank account without permission, and at the end they canceled my sercvice because they said that I called too many time to customer care dept for issues. I had Boost Mobile service for about a week, but it seemed to me that I lived through hell for a year. First of all, I signed up for the pay as you go plan. Then switched to the $2 a day plan effective right away, well maybe not. I was still being charged the pay as you go of $.10 a minute. So instead of them switching me to the new plan I was still being billed for the old one. I had to call customer service four times to add the insurance, the first rep said it was added. In beginning of December of 2010, I sent my HP G60-635 laptop PC for repair to HP repair center in Texas. As part of their commitment, they provided me a prepaid box via FedEx. It had some issues with the fan and overheating problem. When I originally spoke to someone over the phone, I was told that they will contact me via the phone if anything changes as far as what the repair status was.
