OTC tools, automotive diagnostic scanner. OTC is making false claims regarding data coverage of software. Scan tool does not cover advertised claims and OTC will not stand behind product and refuses to respond to all e-mail attempts. OTCs products are substandard imitations and company lacks enough integrity to respond to complaints. The OTC scan tool is a Genisys model. The scan tool is unable to communicate with vehicles that are listed in its coverage range. I have made several calls to tech support and each time I was told that I would have to purchase a new tool due to changes in hardware. read full review »
