Ordered HDTV 4 weeks ago, and was told they can't install till 6 weeks forward...HMMMM. Was told I am a valued customer and get free install and free upgrade for box! This week got bill for $524 and haven't even got hooked up yet. When I called, (not able to get live person for long time) the gal told me I still have to pay $100 for box upgrade but would be credited for the rest. I don't think so! Cancelled my order and seriously considering other options for TV service. How did TV get so damned expensive anyway? Just curious. read full review »
