I bought my first and only item from this website (a branch of toolbarn.com) mid-February, 2010. After I received the item, I realized I needed to exchange it with a similar product. Apparently this company does not do exchanges, so I had to return the item, get a refund, and then purchase the new one. After shipping the product back to the seller, I waited...and waited...and waited to receive my refund.
