DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I read all of these complaints and I did not listen. I figured the people on here are just complainers and Hit Web Design told me they helped 65, 000 people. (which I found out is a lie) They do not design your website at all! they have no access to a photo library, you have to provide all your own text, your own photos and your own layout! all they do is take all of your work and place it on a generic looking site. I was lied to and I CAN NOT GET A REFUND! Customer service is basically a non-working number and they will just put you on hold until you are forced to hang up.
