On 12/10/2010 I emailed Nationwide to cancel my auto insurance policy as I had sold my vehicle. On 12/13/2010 I called Nationwide to speak with a representative and was informed that the policy in question would be cancelled in 24 to 28 hours. That did not happen as today 12/17/2010, the premium was deducted from my checking account. I emailed Nationwide again today to protest and request a refund of the premium. This another example of Corporate greed as I am sure Nationwide delayed processing the policy cancellation in order to receive another months premium payment. read full review »
