We aren't even sure how they got our information. They claim to have our credit card number and want to charge us $72.00. They have called the house several times in the past two days, once at 10PM our time. There's never anyone there. This morning someone finally was on the other end when they called. I'm assuming it was this NICK person, since when I asked to speak to someone higher than him because of his rudeness he laughed in my face and pretended to go get someone else.
