I ordered the 7" netbook on 12/9/10. I got freaked out by all the bad reviews, so I contacted them 12/13/10 via live chat. It took about 2 hours for them to answer the chat, but they assured me everything was fine and it would be shipped soon. I received on 12/15/10 in a sturdy, undamaged box. The product looks great, the operating system is great. In 2 clicks I had the wi-fi turned on. Checked my email, googled some stuff, etc. Looks great, works great.
