I received a sales text, despite having been opted out of all marketing communication. The text included the phone number of the local branch where I got my phone. I called them, asked to talk to a manager, and they said yes, they are aware that many people who were on the 'do not call' list were contacted. The store manager did not have, or did not give me a contact number for the regional office that was responsible.
