This company just cost me nearly $400.00. in restocking and freight charges after they refused to take back damaged merchandise and either refund our money or ship undamaged bar stools. They are the worst internet merchant I have ever dealt with. Don't bother sending a complaint to the BBB in Florida. IVG will just respond with more lies and the BBB says OK that fine.
