The experience I have had with this company is horrible. I locked in a 60 day rate agreement on September 7 2010, the terms of which would cover all my closing costs. Ater 70 days of continuous runaround, and $500 in expenses, I found out they ordered three payoff statements from my current mortgage lender, for $30 each, at my expense.
