first i ordered a refurbished computer and they sent me one with wrong specs (4GB memory instead of 6GB and dual core instead of quad) so i call technical support and i get transfered a total of 10 times, then when the guy finally says he'll help me the line magiclly gets disconected (after more then an hour), i call again and spend another 1.5 hours talking to some idiot who is trying to bullshit me and telling me thats the processor i ordered (even though its clearly not and the reciept shows it) and try to tell me that the memory i... read full review »
