I am so disappointed with Att u-verse. We just became customers the 3rd of December. We were watching tv and our tv, telephone, and internet just stopped without reason. We called to find out the problem. Someone on their end cancelled our services without notice in error. We talked, was put on hold, promises were made to help, etc, etc...We were told nothing could be done until Monday to reconnect our service for a new order to be put in to reconnect. So we have to go for a entire weekend without internet, tv, and especially a landline phone... read full review »
