I purchased an item for Christmas on this site and it took me to another site. I cancelled and I have not been able to get my comments to a real person via email. I was so unaware of a membership fee when I purchased one item from them. I believe it took me to Bestvaluebrands?? I am wondering if any one else has had this problem and I am trying to contact them but the email keeps coming back and then taking me to another site.
