I recently travelled to Singapore for work and while staying at Changi Village tried to make a phone call to tell my girlfriend in Australia the time I would be home. I tried 5 attemps to call with no success (always a unavailable dial tone) and finally gave up. I checked my bank statement 2 days later and they have charged me $216 AUD. I have been in contact with my bank and i will be disputing the claim I will keep posted about the outcome. read full review »
