I placed an order on 12/08 and received a confirmation #. I was told to check in a couple of days for a tracking #. now when I go online to check on my status it gives me a link to click for a tracking # but then just returns back to the main Cowboy page. I have called over 10 times and left messages, emailed the customer service email and tried to chat online with the company but no one answers, emails or calls back.
