I bought a phone in mid Nov 10. I also paid for overnight shipping. After a week I called and they told me that it must have been lost in the mail, so they were going to send another out right away. One week later, I called again, they said that it is in the mail and they will refund my shipping. Well...3 weeks later no phone, no refund. I called today and got the same run-around.
