We were winning bidder on a home on December 14, 2010. Their FAQ on their website states you will receive a winning bidder e-mail followed by a phone call from a rep within 24 hours. I called two days after the auction ended as we had recieved neither an e-mail or a phone call. I asked her to resend to a different address.
