I am very disappointed in the product that I ordered from your online service. I purchased an upright freezer as a Christmas gift and the FIRST on that was delivered did not work. It would only heat up not freeze. So I called and I then found out that I had to pay the full price again before I could have the replacement one delivered. I did as they told me and paid AGAIN so the delivery was set again. When the delivery guy came to replace the new freezer he took it upon himself to become a repair man.
