BEWARE! Posters were great. However their business practices are terrible. After the initial order, they automatically shipped 4 additional packages (at $39.80 each). A total of $159.20 was debited from my son's bank account BEFORE we received the initial shipment. All 5 shipments arrived within the same week. We immediately canceled his membership; returned the 4 shipments at our expense (approximately $40). This took place in April 2009. Their customer service agrees that they received the returns on May 14, 2009. In spite of 4 phone calls and promises from a manager Mia, we are still waiting for our refund to be posted to my son's account. read full review »
