I chose to place an order with this website because their homepage said that orders placed within the next x minutes would be mailed that day. 5 days later and multiple attempts to contact customer service, the order had still not been shipped and I was finally able to get a hold of someone. They told me that orders take 24-48 hours to ship even after I told her what the website had posted.
