I ordered a small black powder cannon 30Aug by following the instructions on the Cannon-Mania website (print out the order and mail check to Cummings, GA). The check cleared the bank on 08Sept but I have not yet received my product. I sent an email on 08Oct requesting the statuse of the order and got no response. I sent another email later in the month and again got no response. I mailed a certified letter on 22Nov and received it back today with "Refused" written across the envelope.
