I ordered a part for my car and was pleased to receive it overnight, as I paid for. Turned out Parts Geek had sent the wrong part. It was very difficult using the information on their website to actually get a hold of anyone to resolve the situation. When you call their 800 number you get put on hold for a long time and then finally get voice mail. E-mails to their customer service department were not responded to.
