I have gone to this Planned Parenthood office for two years now and they have dealt with me ok for that time until now. I have for the past 2 years paid cash for any and all things needed a payment for. THey have NEVER offered or given me a receipt. I don't qualify for "Take Charge" so I've had to pay the full amount for Birth Control. I went in there last month and paid for two months ($50 total).
